Team Give

Mission: To encourage the Faith Practice Give by

• Helping members grow in appreciation for God’s gifts, in trust, and in generosity

• Making known the needs and mission of the church in the congregation, synod, and churchwide.

• Urging members to generously offer time and resources with faith and joy.

TEAM GIVE’s specific duties include:

• Study stewardship methods

• Use the newsletter and other means to highlight ministry and needs all year

• Regularly highlight ministries of the ELCA and synod

• Lead annual emphasis for financial support

• Lead annual emphasis for time and talent offerings

• Encourage giving to the Memorial and Endowment Funds

• Oversee and coordinate all special appeals in the congregation such as Sunday School mission projects, LYO fund raising, ELCA Hunger Appeal, Lutheran Services in Iowa, Lutheran Lakeside Camp, CROP, November $ for Kids.
