Team Property
Mission: To care for the property of the church by overseeing the use and maintenance of buildings and grounds
Specific responsibilities of TEAM PROPERTY include:
• Maintain and annually update inventory of church property
• Maintain and carry out schedule of regular maintenance
• Conduct regular inspections of church property
• Determine property improvement goals and work to meet them
• Involve volunteers in projects as often as possible and professionals as needed
• Annually update property use policy
• Carry out annual church cleaning days (inside and outside) by member volunteers
• Arrange for and supervise cleaning services
• Arrange for and supervise snow removal and lawn care services
