Team Worship

Mission: To encourage the Faith Practice of Worship by

• With the pastor helping to provide faithful and meaningful worship experiences

• Becoming familiar with the tradition of Christian worship, Lutheran practices, and new resources for worship

• Teaching the congregation traditions and new practices of worship

• Urging commitment of members to every-Sunday and special occasion worship

TEAM WORSHIP

• Develops and maintains an annual calendar of responsibilities so that ongoing tasks will be carried out in timely fashion

• Provides for an Altar Guild and update list of duties

• Provides for, schedule, and train servers in worship

• Oversees staff musicians, conduct annual performance reviews, and recommend wage amounts

• Cares for worship appointments, resources, and equipment

• Recommends worship schedules
