Bethlehem Evangelical Lutheran Church is a congregation of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA). It is part of the Southeastern Iowa Synod and the Cedar River Conference (Conference 3) of that synod.

The Congregation Council is comprised of nine elected members and the Pastor to guide the life and work of the congregation. The Council divides into boards of Christian Faith, Christian Life and Christian Stewardship.
